About NAOMI

Naomi discovered her talent and passion for reflexology with the encouragement from her friend and personal coach. Her father started showing her how to massage the family for wellness when she was a child.

She has been practising reflexology professionally since 2002. She graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2012 and continues to learn how to help people be the best they can be at what they want by relieving stress, promoting relaxation and improving circulation.

Her clients include executives and professionals, amateur and professional athletes, runners, golfers, weekend warriors, people who stand or are at a desk or computer a lot, or do repetitive movements.

She excels at working with you and your entire health history and being a detective to find old aches and pains or blockages to help the body be functioning at its best.

She brings enthusiasm and a unique perspective to her practice, promoting relaxation and stress relief for the body; she is preparing clients to practice self-care; promoting exercises and stretches between treatments.

In 2019, Naomi attended an advanced massage therapy technique course for and continues to learn Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques. This course ignited a more complete and comprehensive understanding of how to improve circulation to the body for longer term relief from repetitive use, adhesions, and discomforts.

In March 2020, Naomi learned contemporary cupping. She is excited to help release tension, adhesions and restrictions using gentle negative pressure rather than tissue compression.

In August 2024, Naomi entered the world of Human Garage. Fascial maneuvers are so powerful to ease the hold from trauma in the body.

Naomi sees clients with various discomforts. She gets the most interesting cases, including bunions, plantar fasciitis, foot pain or numbness, past sprains or breaks, neuropathy, frozen shoulder, carpel tunnel, tennis elbow, hand injuries, and more.
