This focused treatment works primarily through the front of the body, including the arms, legs, feet, and connected fascial chains. The approach is designed to work with the body as an interconnected whole, with attention to areas of tension, restriction, and imbalance.

A comprehensive bodywork session using the massage table, allowing for greater access to both the anterior and posterior body. Treatment is individualized and may incorporate work across the limbs, back, shoulders, and connected fascial chains. RMT receipt provided.
